When we checked in, suite was ready. There were a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge, thoroughly enjoyed it. The place had a SPECIAL atmosphere.

The rooms were neat and updated with mini fridge and microwave, the staff were accommodating. The location was good and absolutely perfect - so close to downtown and tourist area, Lake Michigan and Grand Rapids and Kollen Park. Furthermore, near restaurants and the highway.

The location was great, with easy access to the local highway and close proximity to downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the maid service, were friendly and accommodating.

Everything was spot on.

The location was marvellous, close to the beach overlooking city. We stayed for 2 nights and liked the room, which was recently renovated.

It boasts a particularly good and perfect location; not far from the beach and restaurants and the highway.

The service provided by the staff was great and they were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, which was a plus. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was just a few minutes away from downtown and there were restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

One downside was that there were not enough plugs in the living areas, which made it a bit inconvenient. It would have been better if there were more options to charge electronic devices.

The room itself was nice enough and clean. The staff was friendly for the most part. The property was easy to get to and close to a lot of attractions. Complimentary breakfast well-organized. Rooms were clean. Great for low-budget travelers!

Breakfast could be improved with refrigeration for juice and more muffins. Some "bags" were missing nutrition bars. Room was clean, including the whirlpool tub. Great coffee even at night. Excellent housekeeping, supplies always stocked. Convenient location for exploring. Recommend for cleanliness and comfort.

Fairly clean hotel, efficient staff & convenient location close to downtown. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Nice building and rooms with mini fridge and microwave.
